I’m Jenna Long, founder and Creative Director of HTN Freelance Hair & Beauty.
I first started working in the hairdressing world at the age of 14. Initially I trained with TONI&GUY in St Albans and was able to qualify with distinction at the London Academy.
Hairdressing has given me the opportunity to travel the world. I have worked from Europe to Miami, LA to the Middle East and I have loved every minute of it. I moved back to the UK a few years ago to focus solely on freelance hairdressing. My idea was to create a fun and flexible business to cater for those who live a busy and hectic lifestyle.
I have also been the Ambassador for label.m (TONI&GUY’s professional haircare range) and understand the importance of product and how to get the most out of the right products. It’s so important to protect the hair, not just from heat appliances and colour but even from our environment.
Our clients are busy people. Most have a full time job, young children and a house to maintain, so they don’t have the luxury of visiting a salon or even committing to an appointment ahead of time. This is why we’re here – to bring that salon experience to you and even better, at your convenience!
At HTN our core philosophy is that customer care is key, we believe it’s the small details that make a big difference. Our clients come to us to get a haircut, but prior to that is receiving that feel good factor, every little detail counts! At HTN it’s not about fulfilling our customer’s expectations, we aim to always exceed expectation and delight our customers. It’s who we are and how we continue to operate.
